2 types of seaweed are used in I sea wraps to get the ultimate mix of seaweed goodness, wakame and himanthalia. These brown seaweeds are packed with nutrients such as iron, magnesium, B vitamins and fiber and are also a great source of iodine, which is essential for a healthy metabolism. With one portion of I sea wraps (70gr) you will acquire more than enough iodine!

Basic recipes

I seasar chicken burrito


  • Chicken breast
  • White cabbage
  • Red cabbage
  • Paprika
  • Spring onion
  • Spinach
  • Mayonnaise
  • Paprika powder (for chicken marinate)
  • I sea wraps


How to make it

In one bowl mix together white cabbage, red cabbage and spring onion. (blended in food processor until finely grated). Mix in small paprika cubes, mayonnaise and spinach. Marinate chicken breast in paprika powder and olive oil and pan fry until golden. Add a thin layer of hummus to the wrap and add salad mix and thinly sliced chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Cheddar cheese

How to make it

First layer cheese slices on one whole wrap surface, followed by thinly sliced paprika, corn and parsley. Cover with second wrap on top and pan fry on low heat and flip when cheese begins to melt.
