For the peanut butter sauce:
Cook the sushi rice following the package instructions. In the meanwhile, fry the zucchini and chicken pieces in a pan. Transfer the rice into a bowl and add all of the vegetables together with the avocado and chicken pieces. Quickly mix all the ingredients for the dressing together and sprinkle over the bowl. To finish, add the Seaweed Chips. Enjoy! ?
