The chips don’t have a very specific or strong flavour but have the perfect crunch and salty taste.

Ingredients

For 1 person:

  • 70g of couscous
  • 70ml of boiling water
  • 2 tsp of (truffle) oil
  • 1 piece of cucumber
  • ½ yellow paprika
  • ½ tomato
  • ¼ avocado
  • 20g of (vegan) feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp of raisins
  • 1 tbsp of corn
  • 1 hand of seaweed nachos
  • Pepper and salt

Preparation

For the sweet and sour cucumber:

  • Poor the boiled water on the couscous and leave this for 3 minutes. 
  • In the meantime you can cut the rest of the ingredients. 
  • Divide all the ingredients in a bowl and serve it with the seaweed nachos on top.
